Its business model focuses on long-, medium-, and short-term rental apartments tailored for families and talents. The state-owned enterprise owners have responded to the municipal government's initiative by actively developing premium serviced apartment products aimed at attracting high-end talent. The design concept revolves around the theme "Mountains, Seas, Clouds, and Shared Prosperity," emphasizing a "modern, understated luxury, and warm" aesthetic. The design has been finalized and will soon be unveiled to the public, with great anticipation for its reception.
