   总结:2018年一月下旬,在新加坡召开的年度会议上,总结和反思2017年是中国经济发展的趋势,预测高速增长的态式已成过去式,用工成本加大,市场环境变差,竞争加剧,外资优势不在,财务回款须加强,中国的经济更向精准化、可持续化发展。香港JR设计集团应顺应全球和中国经济的发展,将2018年的企业发展方向在保持2017年基础上,作如下调整和持续发展;并制定的各项经济指标。

2018年发展纲要概述如下:

1.延伸2017年制定的发展纲要,持续、坚定的发展和推进。

2.大力发展项目设计总包,设计一体化;力争项目设计总包,一体化设计项目达50%以上。筛选部分重点项目,有影响力的项目承接.

3.壮大相关专业市场核心竞争力。

4. 加强和整合国际品牌酒店的设计核心力量。

5.加大JR中港恒基教育学院的布局,使之初步具产业化模式。

2017经集团总公司董事会批准,2017年JR设计集团工作计划如下,予以公告:

总结:2016年是中国经济发展的调整之年,高速增长的态式已成过去式,中国的经济更向精细化、可持续化发展。香港JR设计集团顺应全球和中国经济的发展,将2017年的企业发展方向作如下调整和持续发展; 同时,香港JR设计集团很好地完成了2016年制定的计划,特别是在各专业设计所在核心竞争力和人才培养方向,已基本成形并表现较强的创新能力。同时,2016年也较好完成集团制定的各项经济指标。2017年发展纲要概述如下:

(1) 延伸2016年制定的发展纲要,持续、坚定的发展和推进。

(2) 大力发展项目设计总包,设计一体化;力争项目设计总包,一体化设计项目达60%以上。筛选部分重点项目,有影响力的项目承接.

(3) 落实并壮大相关专业设计所的实力和市场核心竞争力。

(4) 加强和整合国际品牌酒店的设计核心力量。

(5) 落实香港JR及中港恒基教育学院的布局和教育工作,使之初步具产业化模式。

经集团总公司董事会批准,2016年JR设计集团工作计划如下,予以公告:
总结:圆满完成2015年JR设计集团制定的工作计划。特别是在:养生养老、文旅规划、产业园设计方面取得了突破性进展,超过了2015年制定的各项指标,率先进入2015年世界十大综合设计公司行列,保持前七的排名,主业突出,明显。景观方面达到预期,也培养了一批高水平的队伍!
但是,由于中国的经济增速下降,特别是酒店建设方面投资下降明显,所以,酒店板块增长不明显,基本保持2015年水准;国外业务增长受大环境影响,和2015年持平。
2016年工作安排计划如下:
(1)力争在保持主业突出的基础上,多渠道发展, 把中港恒基,易到景观推上上市挂牌平台。
(2)加大力度建立“互联网+设计师”和“教育培训”基地。
(3)引入资本市场规则,扩大国内外市场占有率。
(4)夯实“养生养老设计所”,“文旅规划设计所”,“酒店设计所”,“景观设计所”和“商业设计所”等几大所的产、学、研工作,力争在五年内推入资本市场。
(5)加强和国家相关政府部门合作,著名企业,高校合作,介入“一带一路”项目,力争承担5-8个国家或国外大型设计项目。
(6)收购一个甲级设计院,把它改造为建筑规划研究院,为进入“一带一路”项目服务。
(7)加强第三梯队的人才培养,建立完善和高校合作的培育机制,开展全球巡回展示活动。
(8)务实、底调、扎实工作,在2015年的基础上力争更好,业绩提高40%以上!

2015

经集团公司董事会批准,2015年JR设计集团工作概述如下,予以公告。

总结:2014年基本完成了年初制定的各项指标,特别是在大项目及著名品牌项目上做的十分到位!也取得了一定的社会和经济效益,同时,有的项目走上了中央电视台<新闻联播>节目播出,这在设计行业中具有前所未有的划时代意义。此外,酒店设计方面也树立了自己的项目国际品牌,形成了广泛的良好影响。2014年相继设计完成并已开业的五星级品牌及精品主题酒店10家。完成的1000亩以上规划,建筑项目11项,5000亩以上规划建筑8项,承当国家级项目4项,均取得良好的口碑及示范性,景观设计也取得长足发展,。人才方面初步形成了梯级发展。规划,建筑,酒店设计依旧保持世界先进水平。

但是,2014年也存在很多不完善,不完美的地方,希望能在2015年予以克服。

规划:2015年工作概述:

(1)加大力度在养生养老,抗衰老及旅游文化产业,小城镇,旧改方面等建筑,规划设计更进一步。设计出更多的示范性产业园并成立养生养老学术研究机构,把中外最先进,最成熟的理念带入中国。

(2)形成一些比较成熟,系统的有特色的设计产品,特别是国家十二五计划中提到的产品。

(3)仍然保持设计水平在世界的领先地位,加强现有的国际品牌的设计含金量,创造一套自己的设计模式,引导设计行业向前发展。

(4)在适合时间,完成在中国布局及专业院校或培训机构,联合希尔顿,洲际,喜达屋,悦榕庄,安曼等品牌合作办学,培养新型人才。

(5)酒店设计增加向精品,国际品牌和极少数受众品牌及标杆酒店进入。

(6)加大内部人员优化,引进更先进的设计管理模式。

 (7)创造设计行业新的经济增长点。

(8)更加务实,低调,扎实做好设计工作,增加社会和经济效益双丰收。

经集团董事会批准,2014年JR设计集团工作概述如下,将此公告:

1.加大力度配合政府小城镇规划建设步伐,力争达到1000万平米的设计量,做出三个以上的明星设计规划区域;

2.配合国际一线酒店品牌管理公司,力争做二十个左右的五星级酒店室内设计;

3.争取景观设计进入世界设计十强企业;

4.大力培养设计师队伍,特别是第三梯队的设计师;

5.保持建筑、规划、室内设计在世界的领先地位;

保持2012年JR设计公司基本方针不变的基础上,主要加大以下几点:

1.加大美国公司、新加坡公司和香港公司的设计投入和人才资源的互换,培养一批高级设计师队伍;

2.加大商业设计的室内和建筑规划的人才整合和培养,争取把改部分优质资源发挥最大;

3.争取接洽一批高质量,有社会影响力的项目,为公司上市做最后准备;

1.JR酒店设计公司

  保持09年良好的发展趋势的基础上,立足香港、澳门、台湾及大陆,拓展中东、西亚及北市  场,保证合同总额比09年提升30%,优化设计师队伍,吸取更多、更优秀的海内外设计师加盟。巩固标准化、集团化、国际化进程。合适的时候,作适当的项目投资。

2.人才培训,可持续发展

(1)加大设计师、职业经理人、工程师及集团高管的培训力度,与国外优秀的设计公司、管理公司等机构进行人才的交流、培训与合作。适当的时候在国外建立自己的培训基地。

(2)加大人才储备,特别是国内优秀院校的本专业学生吸收。

(3)集团目标:争取在五年内成为本行业第一家上市公司。

 1.JR酒店设计公司07年力争完成三——四家五星级酒店的设计和施工指导任务。争取在沪、京等华东、华中、华北地区的房地产界、学术界及政府界继去年的良好成绩下,获得更高的赞誉。
