由香港JR设计的西安咸阳13座天桥己全部落成，下列几座桥寓意＂开放的时代＂，三座桥为纯合成纤维铝制成，是环保绿色人行天桥，主要通过彩色合成铝形成人行步行通道，同时，兼顾全天候市民行走，两端配套观光电梯，满足老年人及儿童，残疾人的使用！目前，当夜幕降临，在缤纷多彩的灯光下，业己成为人民休闲的不二选择！
