On March 4, 2025, Professor Raymond of Hong Kong JR Design Group and Tang Haifeng, vice president of China Southwest Architectural Survey and Design Research Institute Co., LTD. (China Construction West Survey Institute) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement in JR Mainland office, and the two sides will work together to open a new chapter of high-quality development based on the principle of "honest cooperation, mutual benefit, resource sharing and complementary advantages". As a leading international design innovation organization, JR Group is known for its forward-looking design philosophy and global vision. By virtue of central enterprises, deep engineering technology accumulation and local resource advantages, CSCI has set up an industry benchmark in the field of architectural survey and design.
