规划、设计方法

建筑是一种复杂的工作，具有多种不同的方法。建筑创作的过程——规划与设计，一般是按照如下程序进行的。

 在这一设计程序中策划是将包括建筑的主要使用功能在内的，建筑最基本的作用和目的，作为规划设计的目标明确下来。过去，这一阶段主要是由建设方提出设计任务书，但是，最近在前期策划阶段，由设计人员参与以追求某种理想的情况逐渐多了起来。建筑的功能确定以后，在进行设计之前还要对各种规划设计条件进行梳理和检讨，其中既包括与建筑相关的社会经济背景、用地条件，也包括从使用者角度出发的社会需求和物理、心理需求。此外，还应该包括建筑技术条件等等。

    这些条件并没有明确的主次之分，在不同的场合，各种条件相互矛盾的情况也不少。将这些条件作为设计目标，“怎样分析、评价这些条件，选择主要矛盾”的过程就是规划设计条件的确认。此后，将这些条件综合在一起，形成具体的建筑形态，则是建筑设计的第一步基本构想和方案设计（用地利用规划、外部环境规划、各层平面、剖面、立面等图纸化）。当然，方案设计是与基本构想连在一起的。方案设计与基本构想，作为建筑设计的第1阶段，相互之间调整补充是在所难免的，而建筑设计的第阶段则是与实施设计相连动的。
